Who Am I
A cloud architect's column from Shanghai — written between flights, terminals, and the occasional 3 a.m. trace.
I’m Yingting Huang — a cloud architect writing from Shanghai. This site is my unofficial notebook on Azure, Kubernetes, AI agents, and the cloud-native trivia that never quite makes it into the official docs.

What I Do
Twenty-plus years in IT — starting in technical consulting, drifting through software engineering, project management, and engineering leadership. These days I spend most of my time on cloud architecture, AI agents, DevOps, and low-code — generally any place where someone is trying to ship something faster than their stack wants to let them.
Why This Site Exists
Real-world systems produce a lot of accidental knowledge that never makes it into a clean reference page: the load-balancer SNAT edge case, the AKS multi-zone trick, the actual reason an iperf3 test stalled at 03:14. This is where I write that down — partly so I don’t forget, partly so the next person searching for the same trace doesn’t have to re-derive it from first principles.
